Palo Alto, CA, October 2, 2024  – Terradex is excited to announce that Michael Sowinski has joined our Board of Directors. As our Vice President for over 15 years, Michael brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations and client needs. His proven leadership will be invaluable to accelerating strategic growth and innovation at Terradex.

Peter Biffar, our President and CEO, who has served on the Board for over 20 years, will continue in his longstanding role. Leveraging his decades of experience and institutional knowledge, Peter will carry forward Terradex’s advancements in land stewardship technology and operational efficiency, ensuring the company maintains its position as a market leader and consistently delivers exceptional results for clients.

Also joining the Board as an independent director is Steven Wright, a business and financial professional who brings new insights and strategic thinking that align closely with Terradex’s mission and long-term goals.

As part of these organizational changes, we also share that Bob Wenzlau has resigned from the Board of Directors and is no longer with the company.
