Advanced Search provides the ability to search the entire universe of Facility Mapper sites using various filters (see the FAQ page for an overview of sites included within the Facility Mapper). Searching can filter based on regulatory program, city, keywords or a combination of all of these. For example, Advanced Search can find Facility Mapper sites within the brownfield regulatory program, or it could find sites within the brownfield regulatory program within a particular city (e.g., Boise) and containing a certain keyword in the facility name. Search results can be viewed on screen or downloaded as a CSV file that can be opened within a spreadsheet application. Sites within the Facility Mapper universe which do not have sufficient locational accuracy to be shown on the map can also be identified and their feature information viewed.
